At CogNexus, we are committed to maintaining a high-quality, open-access platform that fosters interdisciplinary dialogue and the global dissemination of knowledge. To support the journal’s operations, we have implemented an Article Processing Charge (APC) for accepted manuscripts starting with the second issue.

Fee Policy

• First Issue:
  To celebrate the launch of CogNexus, all articles in the first issue will be published free of charge for authors.
• Subsequent Issues:
  Beginning with the second issue, an Article Processing Charge (APC) of $35 will be applied to accepted manuscripts. This fee helps cover essential costs, including:
• Editorial management and peer review
• Formatting, typesetting, and online publication
• Hosting and maintaining the journal website
• Indexing and archiving to ensure long-term accessibility

Future Adjustments

As the journal grows and expands its indexing and services, the APC may be adjusted incrementally. Any changes to the fee structure will be communicated well in advance.

Waivers and Discounts

We are dedicated to inclusivity and accessibility. Fee waivers or discounts are available for:

• Authors from low-income or developing countries
• Early-career researchers (e.g., master’s and PhD students)
• Contributors facing financial hardship

No Submission Fees

CogNexus does not charge a fee at the time of submission. Authors are only required to pay the APC if their manuscript is accepted for publication.
